Thailand and Cambodia have same Khmer roots. I will not be getting into who is greater than who kind of conversation because both are equally unique. They both do have many similarities. Both Thai and Cambodian thrones are extraordinarily intricate. Many Cambodians will say Thai people copied their throne but who knows! Important is what it symbolizes.
Throne is shown on the rock as it is connected to its roots. Roots are the common people. It is still firm though tilted by various hardships country has faced, soothed by drizzle. Rain pattern relates to the shy and humble nature of people of Cambodia.
